Business Analyst With Broadcast Airtime Sales / Adsales experience
London Hybrid Inside IR35 Umbrella Rate Approx £650pd
Looking for an experienced Broadcast Business Analyst with Adsales / Air Time Sales System and workflow experience for our large international Broadcast Client.
This is to help consolidate systems and interfaces into a common target operating model following a Global Merger.
Required skills and Experience:
Business Analyst With Broadcast Airtime Sales / Adsales experience
– Ideally we would want 1 + years Ad Sales background / airtime sales workflow experience (end to end terminology from selling spots to interfacing with the content systems)
– Experience with Broadcast Airtime Sales Systems such as BTS, or similar ATS systems like Landmark, Mydas, MediaPro, IBMS Sales etc
– Additional experience with airtime sales integration with Channel Management Systems such as IBMS/ WhatsON / Vision and other interfaces would also be required
– Experience dealing with Broadcast software vendors and excellent at working with stakeholders and building good working relationships at all levels across Finance, Sales and Content etc.
– Strong Business Analyst experience (Approx. 5 + years) including Gathering Requirements, Use Cases, User stories, documenting AS-IS-To-Be workflows, Change Requests, new feature requests, validating and defining test requirements, Gap Analysis, Training Requirements for new workflows etc
– Must have strong BA skills and ability to pick up systems and workflows quickly
– Ideally working within an international broadcast organisation dealing with stakeholders and regional rules and variances
– Experienced in helping consolidation, migration and integration of Broadcast systems post merger/acquisition
– Ideally use of tools such as Jira and confluence
This role would be working in a Hybrid Working environment working on site 2-3 days out of 5 in West London. Expected duration would be around 2 years.
We are also looking for a PM to join this team who would have previous integration experience of some of the systems mentioned above.
