Job description

We are looking for a Customer Service Complaints Executive who possesses a passion for customer care and will work with our team of talented Customer Service Executives & colleagues across the business to provide the best possible end-to-end customer experience.

What you can expect to be doing:

  • Dealing with queries that come in through live chat, email and through social media.
  • Working to resolve complaints alongside our complaints handling team.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and optimising user experience.
  • Reporting bugs and UX issues to other members of the team.
  • Active participation in app growth and development.

What we’re really looking for:

  • Flexibility to work between the hours of 8x8 Monday - Friday
  • You can get your head around a complex system quickly.
  • You have 1 - 2 years of complaints handling experience.
  • You find it easy to juggle and prioritise different tasks.
  • You’re chilled under pressure.
  • You are friendly and naturally engaging with a positive can-do attitude to customer support.
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service.

Although we’re in the financial space, and under the scrutiny that comes with it, the current customer service team works well together, and even sometimes with a smile. We’re sure you’ve got the technical skills, otherwise, you would have stopped reading by now, so let us be clear on what will make us want to work with you.

We want a real person, with interests outside of work, to join our team. You could be a dancer, a gamer, a musician, a parent, a hockey fan, or even that one person that still writes Twilight fan-fiction. Doesn’t matter to us.

At the interview stages, we will be looking for empathy, eq, fun stories, and the ability to smile even when things are tough.
