An opportunity has arisen at the Grand Theatre/Brangwyn Hall for a professional and committed Customer Services Assistant who can bring excellent customer service, observational skills and enthusiasm to the team. Applicants will need to be flexible.
The successful candidate will be responsible, under the guidance of the Front of house Duty Managers for effectively assisting customers, usher duties, security, cleanliness, safety of customers and emergency procedures.
Handling cash and banking processes are essential to the role.
You will be supported in delivering the high standards of customer service that are required at the Grand Theatre/Brangwyn Hall.
You will be working as part of a team in these prestigious buildings to maintain its high standards using appropriate materials and equipment.
Full training is given for this role.
