We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and resolving customer issues in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to think on their feet. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and who is committed to helping our customers find solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and disputes in a courteous and timely manner.
- Record customer interactions and transactions in the customer service database.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be patient with customers.
- Be knowledgeable about the company's products and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
