The CSR's primary role is to serve our teammates and our customers in the day-to-day operations of our express car wash. This looks like smiling/greeting every customer that comes on site, processing transactions, loading vehicles into the tunnel, and assisting both customers and teammates in any way possible. Compensation Compensation is $15.00 + COMMISSIONS, most of our employees average an additional $2 per hour when considering their commission. Our best sales associates are currently on pace to make between $50,000 to $70,000 a year between commissions and hourly rate. Advancement through our Career Plan will create opportunities for additional income. Training is paid and we offer full benefits to our employees working 30+ hours a week. Ideal candidates MUST: Be friendly and a team player Be on your feet most of your shift, working outdoors Be aware and attentive to surroundings Be able to climb up and down ladders No visible tattoos Clean-cut appearance 16 years old+ Additional preferred skills would include: Mechanical aptitude Energetic Self-motivated Basic computer skills Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages: 60% Customer Interaction 20% Site Upkeep (Cleaning/Maintaining) 10% Bending/Stooping/Twisting/Lifting 10% Opening/Closing Procedures PHYSICAL DEMANDS: In performing the duties of this position, the employee is frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday; frequent use of hands, reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stop, crouch, and kneel. The employee must be able to work in damp and humid conditions. The employee must be able to work in outdoor conditions including inclement weather conditions. The employee may have to lift and/or move objects up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs.
