As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive first impression for our visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming calls, redirecting them to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
