Customer Service Advisor

As a Customer Service Advisor:

  • You will be speaking to customers daily
  • Helping them with any issues they may have and aiming to resolve as quickly as possible
  • Taking payments or setting up direct debits
  • Finding the correct product or service for the customer
  • Working towards KPI's - No sales targets!

The office is located walking distance from bus stops, both Warrington train stations and also offers free on-site parking.

Hours:
Hours: Work on a rotational shift pattern

  • Week 1 - Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 5.00pm
  • Week 2 - 4 days Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary/ Bonus:

  • £22,672 + £1,200 Attendance Bonus

Bonus

  • Attendance - paid each quarter £300, need 95% attendance
  • Up-Selling - NO SALES TARGETS, current team average £200 per month

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £23,870.00 per year
