Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service Advisor:
- You will be speaking to customers daily
- Helping them with any issues they may have and aiming to resolve as quickly as possible
- Taking payments or setting up direct debits
- Finding the correct product or service for the customer
- Working towards KPI's - No sales targets!
The office is located walking distance from bus stops, both Warrington train stations and also offers free on-site parking.
Hours:
Hours: Work on a rotational shift pattern
- Week 1 - Monday to Friday between 8.30 to 5.00pm
- Week 2 - 4 days Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm
Salary/ Bonus:
- £22,672 + £1,200 Attendance Bonus
Bonus
- Attendance - paid each quarter £300, need 95% attendance
- Up-Selling - NO SALES TARGETS, current team average £200 per month
