Job Title: Customer Service Adviser
Company Profile:
Well respected, family owned, multi-channel men’s formalwear business based in Leeds with stores and customers nationwide and in Europe. We are a growing company with an ambitious plan to increase our market share exponentially over the next 5 years.
Job Purpose:
Provide sales and customer service support to trade customers and direct to consumers via telephone, email & social media ensuring the company’s customer first strategy is delivered upon.

Additional Details:
Office based in an immediate team of 3. Working closely with external sales teams & in-house online sales administrator as well as warehouse dispatch department.
Working alongside and reporting to Head of Customer Services under overall supervision of Head of Brand Communications.
Salary, Hours and Benefits:
£20k to £22K subject to experience.
35 hours: i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch.
Discretionary annual bonus, subject to company profitability and employee performance.
Option to join workplace pension scheme with employer’s contributions after successful completion of 3 months trial period.

Onsite kitchen & lunchroom.
