An exciting new Internal Customer Service role has arisen within our clients business, a leading suppliers of EPDM roofing . We are seeking a motivated individual to join our clients team and drive internal sales.

So, what could a normal day consist of?
Taking and processing telephone orders

Managing orders and providing quotations

Handling customer queries

Processing credit card payments

Coordinating with carriers
- Building rapport and maintaining great working relationships

The successful candidate for this Customer Service role should be confident and display strong professionalism and numeracy skills. Experience with Sage Accounts would be an advantage, and you must be willing to learn with a positive, can-do attitude. You must have experience in a similar sales or customer service role, and have an apt for building and maintaining effective working relationships.
