Due to the expansion of the team, this is the second hire within a month.
Considering all levels from junior (1st line) to senior (3rd line).

IT Support Engineer
£28,000 – £42,000 basic
Salisbury/Southampton Office
Your Challenge
Working as part of a small but growing team of 6, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery of projects as well as providing remote and on-site support to customers, no matter how big or small their problems are.
You will be getting stuck in and hands on visiting locate clients sites when required, building long-term relationships whilst providing project and BAU support.

About You:
First and foremost, you should be an experienced support engineer, ideally with some project delivery experience.
You have some experience with the following technologies:
- M365
- Azure
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Networking technologies – routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
- VMWare
- Hyper-V
- Intune
- SharePoint
Experience working with another Managed Service Provided (MSP) is preferred
You must have a Full UK driving licence.
