The Customer Service Rep is a position where successful candidates will be responsible for developing and closing sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations, using traditional lead-generation techniques as well as internal, lead pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.

- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility to accept additional tasks, duties, and/or direction from management.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,006.00-£22,515.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
