Job description

  • A typical accountant is responsible for analyzing and communicating financial information for clients. This position is for an expense report approver that will review expenses reports, assist employees with questions, run monthly reports.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review travel expenses, non-travel expenses, and mileage expense reports,
  • Assist employees with submission issues in the system (Concur).
  • Assist employees with travel policy questions.
  • Follow up with transactions not submitted within 30 days transactions.
  • Follow up with personal usage, meaning employees that marked corporate card transactions as personal, we need to follow up with the employees asking for proof of payment.
  • Assist with SEC audit report if needed.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
