As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the go-to person for our customers, helping them make the most of our entertainment offerings. What will you deliver?
- Help customers over the phone with all aspects of their personal banking from payment transfers, direct debits, paying bills and supporting them through difficult financial periods.
- Take ownership of the enquiries & value each customer
- Create a positive experience for the customer and the client.
- Make a real difference to people’s lives.
- Resolve consumer complaints related to service centres, products, business practices, policies, etc.
- Advise customers of the most appropriate options/solution
- Using your initiative to decide if a problem/query should be escalated.
Skills You’ll Need…
- Having the capability to inform our customers about a variety of products and services.
- Having a sincere desire to assist others with a customer-focused approach to handling all client interactions within specified time frames, with efficiency, effectiveness, and precision.
- Possessing good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrating outstanding troubleshooting abilities.
- Having basic knowledge of home network and WIFI.
- Capable of working collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
Please note this is an onsite position based in Manchester.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,773.85-£23,145.76 per year
