Role: Business Analyst
Location: Bardon/ Remote
Salary: £35,000 - £48,000 pa
Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs per week, Monday - Friday 08:30am 16:30pm
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our established team to work across the division with a core focus on supporting our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Product Backlog
- Work between the business and development teams
- Elicit and verify requirements from business stakeholders
- Translate and interpret high level needs into requirements and contribute to solution design
- Scope out full end to end requirements and scenarios to ensure successful solution
- Interpret UI/UX designs into appropriate user stories for the development team
- Support business with prioritising requirements
- Work with delivery managers to drive an acceptable product
- Negotiate cost/value/time with stakeholders
- An understanding of how great requirements can impact the software delivered
- Demoing of progress to business stakeholders
- Ensure work has been successfully tested and signed off before deployment.
Key Skills/Experience:
- Worked in an ecommerce or web environment
- Desirable - experience working on data processing/exchange systems
Soft Skills:
- Fantastic language and presentation skills
- Able to assimilate a lot of knowledge quickly
- Strong Negotiation and mediation skills
- Driven
