Overview:
Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor who’s looking for a new and exciting role? Do you like the sound of working in the comfort of your own home?
We are currently looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team on a fully-remote basis. As Customer Service Advisor, you will be passionate about helping customers and being an amazing communicator.
This is the ideal role for somebody with call centre experience who’s looking to move into a fully remote job and respond to queries from all kinds of different customers.
This is a full time role, which requires some flexibility.
Key responsibilities:
· Responding to customer queries via telephone, email, live-chat and post, regarding their membership and applications
· Processing membership renewals and supporting the membership team during busy periods
· Investigating missed payments and invoice queries
· Cross selling other products when able to (no sales targets)
Experience and attributes required:
· Customer service experience, ideally within a call centre environment
· Excellent communication skills
· High attention to detail
· Computer literate, with experience of MS Office
