The role:
· Processing customer orders
· Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service
· Liaising with customers in regards to deliveries / queries
· General administration
· General administration duties
· Other ad hoc duties
About you:
· Previous experience in a similar role
· Customer service experience
· IT proficient – Office and CRM
