Reports to: IT Manager
Contract: Full-time and permanent position
Your role @Chanel:
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- Create High level and detailed project / program plans;
- Help manage project budgets – 3rd party costs, internal costs, recharges, in CAPEX / OPEX / P&L;
- Ensure regular and ad hoc communications to keep relevant parties informed;
- Report to key stakeholders, sponsors and PMOs;
- Oversee that project documentation is complete, organized and accessible;
- Structure all phases of the projects by making sure they are planned, prepared and understood by all relevant parties;
- Coordinate with teams across the business (IT, digital, marketing, legal…) and 3rd parties;
- Prepare, run and support transition;
- Organize, prepare and manage steering and project committees.
What you will bring to the role:
- Experience in Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid methodologies;
- Experience in a technical role or as a business analyst, providing an understanding of data management, data migration, systems integrations, etc.;
- Experience on projects such as Clienteling applications or CRM implementations;
- Strong risk and issue management, decision log management and dependencies management;
- Excellent team attitude, approachable and good communication skills, but strong enough to stand your ground in potentially complex meetings;
- Excellent documentation and written skills (project plans, risks and issues log, decisions log, budget tracking, etc.);
- Used to working on large projects involving multiple teams, multi-site and dependencies to other projects;
- Good understanding of customer data implications in terms legal constraints;
- Fluency in French is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
