About Us
We design and manufacture display solutions for LEGO sets and other collectibles, all in-house from our Watford based warehouse. We're a family run business, who started in 2006 supplying retail displays. In 2017, we shifted our expertise to display cases for LEGO sets. We're a growing business who continue to innovate in all areas.
The role:
You will be answering customer emails and taking inbound phone calls, ensuring that they have a positive experience with us. You'll do this by finding out the best way to solve their problem that meets both their needs and the needs of our business.
The candidate:
- Previous experience within customer service dealing with queries over email & phone.
- Ability to problem-solve during time-sensitive customer issues
- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards our customers
- Adaptive towards new skills and techniques
- Excellent record-keeping and detailed and concise customer notes.
Requirements:
- At least 2-years experience of customer service in an office environment (preferred)
- Friendly and approachable with customers from all backgrounds
- An excellent team player, who is keen to progress within an organisation
- Live within a commutable distance from our office
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office
Part-time to start with the possibility to move into full-time.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
