A unique opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Commis sommelier to join Hélène Darroze at The Connaught - the outstanding 3 Michelin star restaurant by Helene Darroze.

Hélène Darroze, the proud holder of three Michelin stars for her signature restaurant at the Connaught, is inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, with roots in her native Landes region of South West France. As Commis sommelier you will assist the Sommelier team to ensure professional, efficient and accurate service of all types of beverage in order to completely exceed guests’ expectations during their meal experience. An excellent and confident communicator, you will take a hands-on approach to your role and be passionate about people and delivery of exceptional guest service.

As Commis sommelier you will have an understanding of both new and old world wines and preferably successfully completed WSET or equivalent qualification to a high level. You will have a natural flair for service and in delivering a strong service culture.
