Job description
Residential Services are seeking to recruit an individual to provide a comprehensive customer service. Duties will include working at reception handling a wide variety of enquiries, distribution of mail and parcels, carrying out health and safety checks, reporting repairs and generally responding to operational issues as required. You should have a personable manner and excellent communication skills. You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. Relevant experience in a customer service/hospitality environment is essential. A uniform will be provided. The post is part time Thursday to Monday hours 5 per day, weekdays 3-8pm, weekends 9am-1am or 1pm-6pm. Flexibility with hours are required.
