We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, and the ability to work within a small dedicated team. Training will be offered to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
