Job Description
  • Promote DO & CO brand image and values through own appearance and behaviour so that it reflects DO & CO’s high standards and develop customers’ relationship
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of prospects and existing customers through building a strong customer relationship to ensure that customers’ needs are recognised and met
  • Monitor customer performance, loyalty, and satisfaction to measure success, business fluctuation and possible business at risk. Take appropriate corrective action internally and/or with the customer
  • Be the point of communication for the customer for all queries
  • Submit monthly inventory reports as per the agreed deadlines and be able to answer any queries raised
  • Build robust and sustainable individual relationships with all levels of contact within the Customer organization, with positive and pro-active Customer Engagement and acting as an ambassador for DO & CO
  • Understand the company’s contractual deliverables ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded through the delivery of a high level of customer service and compliance
  • Support in effectively implementing and communicating account plans and activities
  • Attend all (relevant) internal and external meetings with the client while acting as an interface between all internal functions – operations, health and safety, menu development and senior management to drive continuous improvement and innovation
  • Effectively use data in all aspects of the business and to drive objective decision making
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly performance of all KPIs, identifying and resolving areas of under-performance directly and/or with support from other departments
  • Ensuring that all reports/data is delivered to the customer and internally in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Track and review customer and crew feedback and feed back to relevant departments for corrective actions (if any)
  • Closely work with the internal department managers to ensure that flights are packed as per the agreed standards, any shortages are reported ahead of time and an effective stock management is in place.


Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build good customer and company relationships
  • Developing skills in forward planning with experience of Project Management related work
  • Able to get things done at ground and senior levels – delivering business results under pressure
  • Hands on approach to tackle day to day challenges
  • Good presentation and basic food hygiene knowledge
  • Ability to think strategically and commercially
  • Strong negotiating, analytical and numeracy skills
  • Intermediate IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint – with an ability to work on other systems as required
  • Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
