What we are looking for
- You'll have loads of experience working in a customer facing environment
- Excellent communicator who loves to interact with people of all ages
- Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
- Full availability including weekends and bank holidays
In these varied roles you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on SEA LIFE related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative. You could also be serving a relaxing cup of tea or coffee, or our great selection of hot and cold food, including a selection of sandwiches.
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit. You could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction! These are seasonal, part-time positions, offering a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is needed as you will be working weekends and bank holidays.
