We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer enquiries, resolving customer complaints and providing accurate information about products and services. You should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to stay calm under pressure. We are looking for a professional who is committed to providing outstanding customer service and is passionate about helping customers. You will enjoy a Sales environment and will join a committed and friendly team. The previous role holder has been promoted to an Account Management role within the team. This role would be a great starting point for anyone keen to progress their career in Sales. As such, consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate enthusiasm and potential for the role and are willing to undertake the appropriate training and development.
Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Sales team (Business Development and Account Managers) to ensure all customer onboarding and order management is delivered to time, quality and cost standards to meet internal performance standards and customer SLAs.
· Administer the sales order process including checking orders are correctly inputted into the system, ensuring product set up is correct and preparing invoices
· Ensure product labels meet customer specification and are ready on time for production schedules – overseeing the artwork, proofing and raising and handling queries
· Collate customer sample requests
· Ensure any customer parcels required are despatched on time
· Prepare monthly sales reports
· Provide required technical information to customers (PMSDS, LTSD)
· Assist the Sales team with day to day activities including ensuring the CRM is up to date
· Stationery ordering
· General administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning documentsRespond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
