Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in Generative AI and use cases.
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently.
- Ability to travel 20% of the time as required.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in building scalable partner ecosystems with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and technology partners.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of foundational cloud technologies (e.g., network, compute, database, middleware, and virtualization).
- Understanding of IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets and B2B software ecosystem and lifecycle.
- Knowledge of System Integrators (SIs), Service Providers (SPs), and ISVs.
- Excellent partner pipeline development and management skills, with the ability to present go-to-market strategies, results, and analysis.
About the job
As the ISV Go-To-Market Manager, GenAI, you'll work with Google Cloud’s strategic ISV partners developing GenAI products and services powered by Google Cloud, predominantly headquartered in the United Kingdom. You will identify, onboard, enable, and grow key GenAI ISV partners and support our team across EMEA with GenAI ISV engagements. You will maximize the joint success of these partnerships by driving sales awareness and alignment, joint campaigns, events, and managing the opportunity pipeline. You'll be the primary point of contact for your partners. You'll work closely with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) channel and business organizations to develop and execute the joint go-to-market plans.

Responsibilities
- Build a regional go-to-market strategy aimed at maximizing the success of GCP’s GenAI ISV partners in the field, and own the cross-functional relationship with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between their goals and our partners’.
- Be accountable to the partner growth metrics established in the joint GTM plans. Advocate for Google’s strategy in key industry events, and influence industry agenda and standards.
- Help partners grow their Google practice and product portfolio through joint development of solutions and services.
- Manage the performance of ISV Partners, and map partner capabilities to Google’s priorities to achieve strategic business goals.
- Define customer-centric and industry-specific use cases with Google’s ISV partners and leverage Google’s service (GSI and SI) partners to extend the reach of joint solutions.
