Salary: £9,377.80 per annum (£21,029 FTE / £10.90 per hour)
Hours: 16.5 hours per week
Location: Brixham Library

About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to help the team deliver an excellent, friendly, proactive and responsive service to our customers, ensuring the best possible customer experience for all of those using the library. This is an exciting opportunity to help create a welcoming environment which offers a compelling experience for new library customers, whilst also sustaining use by existing customers.
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be involved in planning and running activities, supporting customers frontline with queries, providing IT assistance, fundraising and promoting all that library services have to offer.
