Calling all cool creators! Are you looking for a customer service role at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham? Who wouldn’t want to work in what can only be described as a giant box of LEGO®?!
What we are looking for
- Previous experience of working within a guest facing environment
- The ability to think on your feet
- Friendly and hardworking with a "can do" demeanour
- Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills
In this varied role you may be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome, whether selling a memento of our guests amazing experience or supporting them to stock up on LEGO related goodies, answering any questions guests may have and acting as a sales representative.
You’ll go out of your way to ensure our guests have a fun, educational and exciting visit and could find yourself helping customers at any point throughout the attraction.
This is a seasonal role, contracted up until November. We offer a minimum of 5 hours per week, depending on the role. Our attraction is open daily, so flexibility is needed as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
