We're looking to add another Will writer to meet the demand with our increasing request for services.
The ideal candidate will be looking for 3 or 4 days per week (5 days for an exceptional candidate or progression to this longer term). 2 days at our AMG office in Stafford town centre and the remaining days conducting client home visits or working from home.
Clients needs come ahead of everything else. If this means a client needs an evening video appointment, candidates should be willing to go above and beyond and meet this need.
Applicants key duties will be to manage their own clients from start to finish. This includes: -
- Initial introduction (normally over the phone)
- Booking in and completion of the consultation (office/video call/home visit)
- Drafting the requested documents and sharing with the client to approve
- Ensuring final documents are signed and witnessed correctly
- Keeping the company CRM system accurate at all times
- Receiving and sending emails
- Receiving and making telephone calls
- Receiving and sending post
- Providing a best in class service everytime
Attention to detail is simply a must.
You will be provided with a company laptop, phone and uniform.
This is a a highly technical role so the right candidate needs to be able to learn quickly and retain information on the legal framework around Will writing. Training will be provided in addition to ongoing mentoring.

Part-time hours: 22.5-37.5 per week
Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Education:

Experience:
- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
