Who are we?
We are an ambitious and successful International streetwear design & marketing company seeking a Customer Service Assistant to work with our Warehouse team. We are a forward thinking company with a lot of energy and good team spirit.
What’s the Job?
An assistant to work in our very busy Customer Service team to help keep our customers happy. We will need you to do the following:
- Assisting with the management of the customer services and organising all customer services correspondence and courier exceptions
- Assisting with day to day running of the returns department; sorting and processing returns
- Fraud analysis and fraud prevention on the web-store
- Working closely with the courier to ensure all parcels are delivered on time and any issues resolved quickly.
- Liaising with staff, managers and field staff to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently.
- Cleaning and helping to maintain the work area.
- And lots more exciting things!
This role is full time, so we’ll need you on site, Monday to Friday for 35 hours per week.
Who are we looking for?
We’d like to find somebody with a passion for streetwear and an understanding of its customers. Somebody with experience of a customer facing role is preferable and ideally you’d already have some knowledge and experience of the processes listed above.
We need you to be a confident written and spoken communicator, have a keen eye for detail and be a multi-tasking, super-organiser. You will be responsible for a number of timeline reporting items, so you need to be able to deliver something on time.
