Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer
Salary up to £175,000

Introduction
Our client a long standing software vendor in the UK Health and care space is looking for a successful Managing Director / Chief Operating Officer to drive its operation forward.
You will be the owner of the operational performance, and ultimately responsible for the profit and loss of their business.
This position is supporting 90 people with a turn over of £25m. The business is focused on Technology, Engineering and Transformation. The role reports to the board.
The company is UK based and therefore you will be expected to travel to sites UK wide, however they are happy with the role to be based from home.
Key responsibilities
- Reporting to the board, you will lead the leadership team
- Make data informed decisions to ensure optimised performance and setting priorities for the business
- Define the business strategy, plans and direction - turn that into reality
- Lead the re-organisation and consolidation of resource to create efficiency across the business
Skills & experience
- Have worked at this level within a £20 million business area – needs to be able to make decisions which have big business impact
- Analytical and solutions orientated – needs to be data centric to make informed decisions
- A strong understanding of the Healthcare Market would be advantageous
