Job description
The role holder will have demonstratable experience in Graphic Design, and Marketing, with at least 1 years experience.
You will assist our technical and sales team in creating exceptional business presentations which communicate our offering and use the most up to date visuals, infographics, process communication and language. You will need exceptional attention to detail, creative flair and marketing expertise, you will be paramount in the business’ further growth and expansion into new markets.
You will look internally and externally to proactively seek opportunities to update and convey our offering.
You will work alongside Developers to ensure that our software products, have visuals which are dynamic and intuitive along with integrated self-service training and help documentation.
You will lead in creating training material, video or animation which can be utilised to explain our brand and products.
Over Arching Duties & Responsibilities
· Graphic Design
Including (but not exclusive to) –
- Creating sales/customer presentations that are market leading, modern & professional. This may include PowerPoint, video, animation and infographic presentations
- Creation of videos/presentations/infographics to explain concepts, process flows or products that we can use either as part of sales or as part of training for customers using our software
- Working with our software developers to enhance the user front-end of our software to ensure it is professional and easy to use utilising customer branding and ion sets. Also, to help design help documentation or FAQs and users
- Create graphics, animation, dynamic media for self-service “help/queries” and user guides across multiple products and systems
- Demonstrates a passion for the role, technology and is willing and able to produce new ideas and ways of working
- Listens, learns and communicates confidently
Salary will be based on experience.
