Love Success is delighted to be supporting a global management consultancy client, who is working with a Life Insurance provider to recruit several remote Customer Service Advisors.
These roles will be fully remote for a period of 6 months with the possibility of an extension.
Pay rate: £12.50 per hour PAYE plus accrual of holiday pay dependent on experience.
Key Duties:
- Prioritise and process customer life insurance claims/policies and requests submitted by telephone, email, live chat or instant message
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
- Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
- Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
- Help customers register online and process their claims/policies
- Communicate with customers about any issues or enquiries
Key Skills
Friendly, patient, able to work in a fast-paced environment, team orientated, high attention to detail, capable of working to deadlines, critical thinker, problem solver, accurate record keeping.
Previous experience in a customer service capacity is essential. You must have worked for a Life Insurance provider.
