Position: Sales and Customer Service Assistant

Location: Park Royal, London NW10 7PB

Hours: Full Time

Salary: £24,000 to £28,000 DOE

Sales and Customer Service Assistant

An exciting position has become available for a full-time Sales and Customer Service Assistant based in Park Royal, London.

Hours of work will be 40 hours a week from 8am to 4.30pm including a 30 minute lunch break – Monday to Friday. The employer offer the option to be placed on a weekend rota at additional pay.

Your tasks will revolve mainly around a customer service based role but you will be trained with the knowledge required to advise and care for your clients and will have to provide administration duties as well.

Role Requirements

· An excellent telephone manner

· A hard work ethic and professional approach

· Great time management.

· Excellent customer service skills (previous experience is not necessarily required for the right candidate)

· Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns

· Driven attitude and ability to work as part of a team and individually under management.

· Be computer literate, much of your role is based on using computers & need good Microsoft knowledge.

Role Responsibilities

· Answering incoming telephone and email enquiries promptly.

· Providing a tailored quotation.

· Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and policies.

· Following up quotations with the customers.

· Collect and report customer feedback to ensure that best practice is recognised and maintained.

· Booking in removal jobs and ensuring the customer has a smooth move.

· Arranging storage inspections, collection and deliveries.

· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies.

· Other duties as requested.
