We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with product selection, and maintaining the store's visual appearance. This position requires strong communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about retail sales and have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
- Maintain an organized and clean store environment.
- Process payments and handle returns/exchanges.
- Provide product knowledge to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and new products.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: £10.42-£14.00 per hour
