We are now recruiting two additional seasonal Customer Service Agents; you must be immediately available, with previous high-volume B2C customer service experience and willing to join us on a short term contract till the end of August. We are looking for individuals who love to provide first-class customer service and chat to people about their holidays.

You will:

  • Give our customers excellent service via email, phone and online chat before, during and after they make their bookings. This could range from helping someone find the perfect family-friendly site in Dorset, to answering questions on bookings and sorting out any problems.
  • Talk regularly to our campsite managers, helping them with customer queries and being the first point of call if they need help.
  • Amaze customers by providing swift and efficient responses to queries of all kinds.
  • Act as a problem solver, resolving issues rapidly and identify ways to improve performance and service delivery to customers. You will contribute to the growth of the business by maximising all inbound sales opportunities.
  • Solve both routine problems and complex customer enquiries and issues
  • Complaint handling

Given the booking patterns of our customers, the role will require some evening and weekend work on a shift basis, and candidates should be able to work for at least 40 hours per week.

We would also love to hear from any individuals who are fluent in English and any/all of the following languages: French, Italian or Spanish (in that order).

Please note this role is home-based in the UK and will require that you have your own laptop/desktop

The candidate:

  • It is vital that you can demonstrate that you have at least six months recent experience of providing online/telephone/email customer service, ideally providing support via online portals.
  • Previous experience of working within the travel/ecommerce/marketplace sector would be ideal
  • Excellent written and spoken English, any fluency in either French, Italian or Spanish would be advantageous
  • Is meticulous, flexible and able to take ownership of our customers' enquiries
  • Has an organised and methodical approach with Is willing to be a ‘jack-of-all-trades’ for the sake of being part of a forward-thinking team
  • Is internet savvy
  • Is able to troubleshoot independently
  • Has general administrative skills, as well as experience within a customer-facing sector
  • Is switched on, enthusiastic and enjoys being busy!
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline

The Package

  • £24,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience + a summer bonus
