Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Location: Hellesdon
Salary: Minimum wage (dependent on age) + OTE up to £45,000 commission
Are you currently working in retail but want to get into an office based customer service role?
Swanstaff are looking for a Customer Service Agent to work for our client based in Hellesdon, Norwich.
Our client specialises in eco home improvements and works with the largest direct sales companies in the Solar, Double Glazing, Heat Pump, Boilers & Insulation industries.
The ideal candidate will be driven, enthusiastic and have a great telephone manner.
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am - 6.15pm
The successful candidate will earn minimum wage dependent on age + OTE up to £45,000 commission.
Job Description:
- Making outbound calls
- Processing customers applications and converting to appointments/leads
- Building rapport with customers
- Updating the CRM system
- Meeting KPI’s
