We are currently looking for a talented individual to join us to handle all initial Personal Injury case enquiries that come into the firm based in our Sheffield office.
Working as part of our successful Contact Centre based in Sheffield, the role of a Customer Service Advisor involves handling all initial Personal Injury case enquiries that come into the firm and proactively capturing all case related information. Day-to-day actions will include dealing with and responding to telephone calls, emails and messages in a professional timely manner, carrying out initial case assessments to determine the progression of a case.
In return, you will be working alongside lawyers who work on a diverse portfolio and highly prestigious cases.
Key Requirements:
Exceptional organisational skills- Strong ability to communicate professionally, clearly and effectively
- Someone who can keep calm and composed under pressure
- Someone who has a genuine passion for customer service
- A positive ‘can do’ attitude
- Someone who is self-sufficient and thrives in a busy working environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Empathy with the Labour Trade movement is desirable
