Major Recruitment Oldbury are delighted to be recruiting for a Sandwell public sector organisation in the Smethwick area, who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to start immediately. The role will be to the end of March 2023, potentially longer. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm and Friday 9am to 5pm.
Please note this role will be office based in Oldbury and IS NOT a remote or hybrid working role
The post involves delivering an enhanced customer experience that promotes wellbeing to local people in their local communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy contact centre environment and will need to:
- Deal with incoming calls and process requests for service from all customer equirires across multiple channels.
- Be an active listener with clear communication skills
- Have excellent ICT as the role requires the use of numerous systems and applications
- You must have a GCSE English or Maths or equivalent qualification.
- Monday - Thursday 9am - 5:30pm - Thursday - Friday 9am - 5:00pm
A DBS is required for this role
