The Role:
- Recruiting now, this is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and experienced Hotel Front Desk Receptionist to join the team at the University Arms Cambridge.
- The Front Desk Receptionist is a central part of the Front Office Team whose main objective is to ensure our guests have a smooth arrival and departure experience.

- The re-launched hotel will consist of 192 design-lead bedrooms, complemented by a destination restaurant and bar - Parker’s Tavern.

Qualifications:
- Opera knowledge is preferred, but not essential as training will be given.
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred, particularly in the hospitality industry.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment, utilizing a variety of computer systems to check in and out, run daily reports, select/assign room arriving guests, and restaurant/room reservation systems.
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.
