We are currently recruiting for a part time position (20 hours) with a starting package of £23,184 (pro rata), this is made up of a base salary of £21,200 (pro rata) along with an additional £500 flexible benefit and up to a £1484 (pro rata) discretionary performance related bonus.

Life in a contact centre can be busy, varied and challenging, so we’re a close-knit team . Along with representing Santander to our customers, you’ll have a voice within the organisation too. As the first point of contact, you’ll get to know our customers better than anyone else. So, if you have an idea about how we can improve their experience or better ways of working, we’re all ears
The difference you’ll make
- Helping customers each day by answering inbound calls to our contact centre
- Assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries
- Helping to keep our customers and the bank safe
- Solving problems and escalating issues when necessary
- Updating customer records
What you will bring
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to show empathy in a customer situation
- Experience of working within a customer services role, previous telephony experience not essential
It would also be nice for you to have
- Strong teamwork with a high level of motivation
- Ability to follow process but also think on your feet
- Problem solving skills (real solutions, not just short-term fixes)
What else you need to know
Shift option: We’re recruiting part time Monday – Friday 4pm – 8pm (20 hours).
This is a Permanent role within our Card Alerts Contact Centre .
Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video-conference where possible.
