Do you want to be part of a new exciting team that is being created within the council? The team's main focus is to support the Council's delivery of new assets to meet the Housing Crisis.
The post holder will support the Strategic Portfolio Surveyor and Portfolio Surveyor in collating data, evidence, legal documents and survey reports, preparing and maintaining performance monitoring reports as well as developing feedback systems to connect the activity of the team with the Council's Concerto Property data base.
The post holder will work closely with internal services including the Strategic Housing team, Capital Projects and Property Services. There will be external relationships with Cornwall Housing Limited, property development companies and consultants employed to support the project.
