One of our biggest clients is Enterprise (you’ve probably heard of them!), and as part of our expanding motor call centre, you will proudly represent them, delivering outstanding customer service to the non-fault driver following a car accident, getting them back on the road quickly by arranging a hire car for them, as well as booking repairs at a local garage.

What Is The Role?
· You will start on outbounds, speaking to the non-fault customers arranging their hire car and answering any questions and concerns that they have. Outbounds allows you to familiarise yourself with the role, systems and build your knowledge!
· You will then move to inbound, where you are taking a variety of calls from customers, repair garages and insurers, delivering the highest level of customer service!
· There is NO sales or cold calling!
· Ensuring your customer gets back on the road asap, arranging their hire car and for their car to be repaired
· Taking full ownership of each call you take
What Do We Need From You?
· Experience isn’t everything – we want people with the right behaviours – personable, empathetic, easy to talk to – we can teach you the job!
· As long as you can put the customer first and deliver exceptional service, we want to hear from you
· Ability to work various shift patterns, our contact centre is currently open 7 days per week, and shifts are allocated between the hours of 8am – 9pm Monday - Friday, and 8am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday.
