Fine Lady Bakeries is a family owned business based in the middle of Banbury for over 50 years with a track record of continual investment. The production of daily fresh bread products for a number of major supermarkets has given security of employment to multiple generations of local families in a culturally diverse setting. We are one of the biggest bakeries in Europe having grown significantly over the years, opened a second bakery in Manchester and expanding further in Banbury in 2023.

We are looking for people with a positive attitude, good communication and numeracy skills and able to work as part of a team. Whilst awareness of food safety standards and previous relevant experience would be preferred if you can demonstrate the right attitude full training will be given.

Working as a Production Operative you will be part of a team running one of the production lines baking bread and packing it. You will be responsible for ensuring product meets our customers quality specifications, paperwork is completed correctly and we maintain our high safety standards.

As we are a 24/7 business you will be required to work a 12 hour, 4 on 4 off shift pattern that will rotate across days and nights. The 4 on, 4 off day / night shift pattern enjoys an hourly rate of £14.72 and when coupled with readily available overtime provides typical annual pay of over £33,000.
