Due to new clients joining us in February, we are looking to further strengthen our team with additional Call Handlers (virtual personal assistants)
As a Call Handler, you will be responsible for answering a volume of calls on behalf of a number of different companies, taking messages and forwarding with urgency and efficiency using our bespoke CRM.
Whilst our core operating hours are Monday to Sunday 8am-8pm, we are currently looking for candidates who are happy to work just evenings and weekends.
Skills and Experience
- A basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills with a polite and professional telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong administration skills
- Previous call centre experience dealing with a high volume of calls would be desirable, but not essential.
