Job Title: Customer Service Advisor - Retentions
Location: Hybrid - Bexhill (office 1-2 days a week, the rest at home)
Training: 9 weeks in the office
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, between 08:00 – 19:00
Salary: £22,850
Responsibilities:
As a Retentions Customer Service Advisor, you will be working within our inbound call centre, addressing a diverse range of customer queries submitted via telephone, email, live chat, or instant messages. The calls you receive will be varied; they could include:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, live chat, and instant messages from customers
- Make changes to existing policies, give quotes, take payments, retain customers, and offer products/services
- Provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
An insurance background is not necessary, we see many skills as transferrable, if you have a background in retail, hospitality, sales or just an interest and passion for customer service we'd love to speak to you.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome objections and drive positive resolutions
- Proficient in computer skills
