Weekdays: Monday – Friday, 2pm-10pm

Supporting our dedicated customer service business unit, you will be responsible for:
- Dispatching emergency break down calls
- Ensuring all customer and engineer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining Otis Business Systems updates with specific, accurate information
To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate that you have:
