Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor (Full Time)

Reporting to: Customer Service Team Leader

Location: Bristol (on site, potential for remote after training)

Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 per annum (Depending on shift pattern) + up to £6,000 bonus.

Shifts: Range of shift patterns available provided by an employer that’s fully supportive of flexible working

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Operational hours are Monday-Sunday 6am-11pm

What will you do?

Whilst a full job description can be supplied, here are a few of the key responsibilities for the role:

You will be a key member within our Central Support team and an ambassador by promoting the values and standards Newcross is renowned for. This is a varied role where you will act as a key contact for all interactions with clients and staff members

  • Act as first point of contact for our clients bookings as well as liaising with healthcare staff via phone, email and live chat.
  • Assist in booking healthcare staff into available shifts and facilitating recruitment activities.
  • Fully understand the client’s requirements and ensure their expectations are met
  • Use bespoke software systems to co-ordinate staff bookings
  • Support Healthcare staff recruitment from the moment we receive the application to their first day
