What is the job role?We have 2 Teaching Assistant Vacancies.
Salary: £21,968 pa pro rata to term time only - Grade 4 point 6 (Actual Salary £16,669)
32.5 hours per week.

The Governors of Baginton Fields School (a broad spectrum special school for secondary aged students) are seeking to appoint a dedicated, hardworking, enthusiastic and motivated teaching assistant who is passionate about providing high quality education and care.
We offer a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing professional development in the field of special educational needs and the successful candidate will be well supported by a team of dedicated professionals.
This post is exempted under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and as such appointment to this post will be conditional upon the receipt of a satisfactory response to a check of police records via Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
Who are we looking for?Successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate their commitment towards the school ethos & vision “Dedicated to delivering inspirational learning experiences” and will enjoy working as part of a team.
We will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to gain their TQUK Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Working with Individuals with Learning Disabilities (RQF) Qualification.
