Role: Customer Service Executive - AA Cars
Location: Ware, Herts. Ability to work from home, with some days in the office, available after all training is completed.
Hours: 35 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Full Time/Permanent: Fulltime

Customer Advisors are at the heart of our business. You’ll speak with new or existing customers by phone and email, giving them the kind of world-class service we are known for. With such diverse customers and conversations, there’s one thing you can always expect: the unexpected. Are you ready for anything?
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment taking inbound calls from members of the public and our dealers about our products and services.
What will I be doing?
Some of your typical activities will include:
Speaking to our dealers, offering them support & ensuring they’re aware of all the great benefits they have available to them.
Building sustainable relationships and trust through open and interactive communication and delivering positives to our dealers
Actively trying to retain dealers where necessary
Website design using wordpress
Go the extra mile to achieve increased customer satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Identify Upsell/ Cross Selling opportunities - commission available currently attached to specific products*
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Working towards performance & quality KPIs
Contributing to your team, reporting into your team leader to help achieve the businesses commercial and customer service
Ad Hoc Tasks
As a Customer Service Advisor, you may be required to undertake other duties or work at additional or other addresses from time to time as we may reasonably require meeting the needs of the business.
What do I need?
You’ve already got experience in providing great customer service, and are someone with a real passion for great conversations and helping others. You’re a great listener, treating each customer respectfully as you take the time to fully understand their needs.
We’re looking for someone with:
A talent for solving problems and finding the best solutions for customers
A confident PC user, with an eye for detail and accuracy
A passion for helping others and delivering a first class customer service
Ability to effectively communicate with people from all walks of life
Patience to ensure each customer has a full understanding of the information we discuss with them
Determination and resilience to see a job through to it’s conclusion
Resilience and positivity when faced with challenging situations
Flexibility to adapt to change, and an openness to feedback
