The role is vitally important within the marketing department. You will be responsible for crafting and building engaging email copy and comms for various roles and audiences. It will be your responsibility to get across the right features and benefits of our award-winning software to the right people - via a highly segmented approach - to keep the communication engaging and exciting and to build rapport and trust over time.

The Person We are Looking For*
- You’ll be a proactive, value-driven self-starter, that’s accountable, creative and passionate about making a difference.
- Most importantly, we need someone with experience creating quality copy and working within brand guidelines with experience in email marketing.
- Ideally, you’ll have experience using Hubspot CRM, and be comfortable approaching email marketing and comms from the build, segmentation, A/B testing through to personalised follow ups and automated workflows.
- You’ll be a natural communicator with a gift for crafting succinct copy relevant to our audiences and be confident drafting content in line with our brand guidelines.
Required Knowledge & Expertise
- A Marketing or Communication Related Degree
- Communication skills
- Written: Perfect written English (style, grammar, spelling, tone)
- A highly communicative individual that’s able to keep the wider marketing team informed of all activity.
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Being flexible and adapting to change
- A hunger to learn and develop own area
Salary
- £25k - £30k based on experience plus annual company bonus (performance related)
